CHILDREN'S CLASSES
Nursery (Toddlers)
Toddlers are wonderfully exuberant, active, and curious. Joyful noise is an important part of this ministry through songs, play, Bible stories, and conversations. Activities build knowledge through repetition, and lots of hands-on activities.
Grades K-2 and Grades 3-5.
Using their thirst of imagination, children encounter the Bible through drama, storytelling, crafts, and the arts. Materials used in this class provide active engagement with the Bible which help students deepen their faith and their relationship to God and each other..
Pre-Teen Class (4th-6th grade)
The pre-teen class is using a curriculum called “Follow Me” which teaches students the bible stories but in ways that they can use them in their daily lives to help express their beliefs and their love of neighbor in the world.
Teen Class (7th-12th grade)
Our teen class each week does a study of the revised common lectionary reading for the week that they will hear the sermon on in church. Through reading and discussion, the youth will have a better understanding of the scripture as it relates not only to what they hear in worship but how it relates to their world.
ADULT CLASSES
Senior Pastor's Sunday School
Many who quote the Bible don't really know it. Find out what the Bible really says as we travel through it. The class will be led by Pastor Randy Orwig.
Seekers' Class
This class is intentionally a discussion-based class that chooses curriculum which could be called faith-in-action and is for those searching for more faithful discipleship. No topic is too controversial to "lay on the table." Various leaders facilitate this class.
